Karolina Bertman is a strategy expert and visionary who brings with her more than 15 years’ experience in the business sector. She is well-known for her passion for R&D and focuses herself on continual development and her goal of achieving the impossible.
She has an analytical mind and education in economics. She graduated from the University of Szczecin where she majored in finance and banking. Her post-graduate studies were in the field of innovative marketing and management and she has proven her expertise by building a number of successful businesses with a high rate of return.
Since her early youth she has had the opportunity to travel worldwide and experience life in many lands. During her sophomore year she received a scholarship to attend Canyon Spring High School in Moreno Valley, California. Her international experience includes spending more than two years in Tokyo. She has a great love for meeting new people and experiencing different cultures which she says has given her the energy and inspiration to develop her no-limits form of thinking.
Karolina specializes in sales, and together with her communication skills, she has been able to develop close connections with some top business leadership worldwide. Among many other projects, she is in charge of Polidomes strategy and future development. Her intuitive nature enables her to find many successful new business opportunities and draw the best talent and personnel to her. She applies the latest in technology and software to find solutions for different fields and industries including producing amusement parks, projects for the governmental sector, creation and construction of original designs & architecture, experimental marketing solutions, as well as solutions for the medical industry among others.
On a personal level she is happily married to a former basketball player and the happy mum of 2 kids – Pawel & Paulina.
